They are currently hiring a Tax Manager to join their Business Tax team in a highly visible leadership role. This opportunity offers the chance to manage client relationships, mentor staff, and work directly with firm leadership while helping shape the future growth of the practice. Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex business tax returns for S-Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, and closely held businesses
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of business clients and provide proactive, year-round tax guidance
• Lead tax planning engagements, including projections, estimated payments, and strategic recommendations
• Review federal and multi-state tax filings while ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
• Mentor, develop, and supervise Tax Seniors and Staff
• Manage workflow, client deadlines, WIP, realization, and overall client service delivery
• Partner with firm leadership on process improvements and client relationship transitions
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business owners

Qualifications

• CPA or EA license required
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience with a strong focus on business tax
• Deep technical knowledge of pass-through entities, C-Corporations, and multi-state taxation
• Experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships independently
• Prior experience mentoring or supervising team members
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with CCH Axcess preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software preferred
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fully remote environment

Salary: Up to $175,000/yr
