A modern and relationship-driven accounting firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tax Associate to join its growing team.

This fully remote position is ideal for an experienced tax professional with a strong background in public accounting and income tax preparation and review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
  • Conduct tax research and assist with resolving complex tax issues.
  • Support tax planning and compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely filing of tax documents.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders regarding tax-related matters.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service and proactive tax solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA license or CPA track preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in a remote and paperless environment preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $85,000 – $105,000 annually
