Senior Tax Manager

They are looking for a Tax Senior Manager with strong real estate tax experience to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee complex tax compliance and consulting engagements with a primary focus on real estate clients, including partnerships, multi-entity structures, and high-net-worth individuals
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing proactive tax planning and structuring guidance to optimize outcomes
- Review and manage federal, state, and local tax filings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines
- Drive client relationships by delivering high-quality service and identifying opportunities for additional advisory support
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Stay current on evolving tax laws and industry trends, particularly within the real estate sector, and apply insights to client engagements
- Partner with leadership to improve processes, leverage technology, and enhance overall service delivery
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or a related advisory environment
- Deep expertise in real estate taxation, including partnerships, pass-through entities, and complex ownership structures
- Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at a senior level
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with modern tax technologies and cloud-based systems is a plus
Salary: $150,000 – $210,000
