Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services while contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm’s tax practice.

What You’ll Do

• Manage tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements for privately held businesses, individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Review complex tax returns while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
• Research technical tax matters and develop practical recommendations tailored to each client’s business objectives.
• Partner with clients throughout the year to identify tax planning opportunities and address evolving business and financial needs.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through responsive communication and proactive service.
• Lead multiple engagements while managing project timelines, staffing, budgets, and overall client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop senior associates, associates, and staff by providing technical guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes, enhance client service, and support practice initiatives.
• Stay informed on changes in tax legislation and evaluate their impact on clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field; Master’s degree in Taxation (MST) preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Strong experience with tax planning, consulting, and compliance for privately held businesses and individual clients.
• Excellent technical research and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Salary: $145,000 – $180,000 (DOE)
