Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, individuals, and trusts
- Research tax issues and assist with tax planning strategies for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and quality service
- Collaborate with partners, managers, and staff on a variety of tax engagements
- Mentor and support junior staff members as needed
- Manage multiple engagements and deadlines during the busy season
- Stay current on changing tax laws and regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
- CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
- Experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
- Strong technical tax knowledge and research skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary: Up to $115,000/year
