Our client is seeking a Tax Senior to prepare and review complex tax returns, conduct research, and assist with technical tax matters in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex Federal and multi-state tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, non-profit organizations, and pass-through entities
• Prepare gift tax returns and support related filings and documentation
• Prepare quarterly and year-end tax projections to support client planning needs
• Prepare and maintain organized, accurate tax workpapers and supporting schedules
• Deliver clear, timely client requests for information and follow up as needed to keep work moving
• Respond to Federal, state, and local tax notices and assist with issue resolution
• Research Federal, state, and (as needed) international tax issues and summarize findings for the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance required)
• 2+ years of relevant tax experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred)
• Strong time management and ability to manage priorities (preferred)
• GoSystem Tax RS experience is a plus
• CPA certification is a plus

Salary: $85K/yr – $110K/yr
