An established public accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support the administrative functions that keep the firm running efficiently. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and serving as a trusted resource for both employees and leadership.
As the Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a productive and welcoming workplace while ensuring administrative operations, facilities, and internal processes are managed with professionalism and attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Manage administrative processes, office procedures, and operational workflows to support firm-wide productivity.
- Coordinate office facilities, equipment, vendors, and supplies while maintaining a safe and functional workplace.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including workspace preparation, equipment coordination, and administrative setup.
- Assist with employee events, meetings, training sessions, and firm-wide initiatives.
- Coordinate calendars, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and other administrative support for leadership as needed.
- Maintain office policies, operational documentation, and internal procedures.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related questions, vendor relationships, and facility matters.
- Support special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 5+ years of office management, operations, or administrative leadership experience within a professional services environment.
- Experience in public accounting, legal, financial services, or a similar professional office is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 (DOE)
