Our client is a diversified company that specializes in high-end real estate. They are seeking a Controller who will take on a multitude of business operations and lead as a supervisor as well. The ideal candidate will be ready to implement new ideas and emphasize innovation, expertise, and competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work closely with Management
• Prepare liquidity/levanthal reports and property tax schedules
• Reconcile bank accounts and file 1099’s at year’s end
• Responsible for payroll, partnership distributions, polo payments, and donations
• Act as an advisor to commercial renters (rents/parking, ongoing increases in rents)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA a plus
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
• Proficient in one or more accounting systems (Yardi and QuickBooks)

Salary: $180,000 to $200,000 plus bonus
