Client Advisory Services Manager

Premier Financial Search is partnering with a growing firm seeking an experienced leader to oversee and expand its Client Advisory Services (CAS) practice.
This role offers the opportunity to drive department strategy, lead high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued growth of a dynamic advisory practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall direction, growth, and strategic planning of the CAS department
- Build, mentor, and develop managers and team members to support a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients while serving as a trusted business advisor
- Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting and advisory services to ensure quality and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance processes, and implement technology solutions
- Partner with firm leadership on budgeting, pricing strategies, and practice growth initiatives
- Drive business development efforts through client expansion, referrals, and new relationships
- Monitor department performance metrics, profitability, and engagement success across the practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience within accounting and client advisory services
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
- Proven track record of growing and managing a successful CAS practice
- CPA designation is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll tax compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead operational improvements and leverage technology to increase efficiency
Compensation
Compensation ranges from $165,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience
