Kimberly joined Premier Financial Search as a Recruiting Manager in September 2026, bringing five years of accounting and finance recruiting experience with her. She has a genuine passion for connecting with people and helping them find their next step. With strong attention to detail and follow-through, Kimberly takes the time to understand what both clients and candidates truly need and believes that the long-term fit matters.

Prior to joining PFS, Kimberly spent five years at a firm in Greenville, South Carolina, where she focused on private-industry accounting and finance roles, including professional- and executive-level searches. Her experience has shaped a thoughtful approach to recruiting built around asking the right questions, listening carefully, and creating an environment where people feel comfortable being candid about what they are looking for. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Clemson University.

Kimberly’s approach to her work is rooted in values she learned from a young age: hard work, humility, and doing the right thing. She believes that treating people well will take you further than being the smartest person in the room and that staying curious about others is one of the best ways to keep growing. She takes her work seriously without taking herself too seriously, stays true to who she is, and finds joy in the little things along the way.

Outside of work, Kimberly loves being outdoors, whether taking a long walk with friends and family or spending time with her dog, Sunny. She invested in a grain mill this year and can often be found milling her own flour at home to bake homemade bread and desserts. In the fall, you can find her watching college football. She is also an avid reader, always adding to her personal library, and particularly enjoys historical fiction.
