Erin Habig

Recruiting Manager

Combining strong recruiting instincts with a genuine interest in people, Erin brings a thoughtful and highly personalized approach to her role as a Recruiting Manager at Premier Financial Search. As both a headhunter and career consultant, she works with professionals at every stage of the job search, from those actively pursuing their next opportunity to those who may simply be open to exploring what comes next. By listening closely, asking thoughtful questions, and looking beyond job titles, Erin focuses on understanding what people truly want from their careers and connecting them with opportunities that support their long-term goals.

Prior to joining PFS, Erin spent five years in full-desk recruiting with one of the country’s largest staffing firms, gaining experience across both recruiting and business development. Her background spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on Finance and Accounting, and has given her a strong understanding of both the people and market dynamics that drive successful hiring decisions. She uses that experience to help clients and candidates navigate the market with greater clarity and recognize the right fit when it comes along.

At PFS, Erin’s approach is rooted in trust, transparency, and genuine relationship-building. She believes recruiting is most effective when people know where they stand and feel comfortable having candid conversations about what they want. Whether she is advising someone through an important career decision, developing a client relationship, or simply offering perspective with no immediate outcome attached, Erin measures success by leaving people better informed and better positioned than when the conversation began.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys hiking in the Colorado Rockies, swimming, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her Aussie, Gia. A literature major and lifelong reader, she has a deep appreciation for storytelling, with Stephen King holding the spot as her favorite author. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Erin’s move to Colorado reinforced her belief in taking chances, embracing uncertainty, and betting on yourself, a perspective she continues to bring to both her life and her work.
