Abby began her career with nearly six years in public accounting, starting at KPMG before continuing her work at a national CPA firm, where she gained hands-on experience advising clients and navigating the complexities of the accounting profession. Through this work, she developed a deep understanding of the technical demands, career paths, and culture within public accounting. While she valued the rigor and growth that came with the profession, she discovered that what energized her most was working closely with people and guiding them through important career decisions.
Today, Abby brings her industry knowledge and a relationship-focused mindset to her work in accounting and finance recruiting. With firsthand experience in public accounting, she understands the nuances of the profession and builds authentic connections with both candidates and clients. Known for her thoughtful, results-driven style, she is passionate about helping professionals grow while supporting organizations in building high-performing teams.
Away from her desk, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new places with her husband and dog, Stella. Her love for travel and adventure began during a semester abroad in Ireland, where she met her husband and traveled throughout Europe. More recently, the two celebrated their honeymoon exploring Vietnam.
