His path to PFS was shaped by a diverse professional background, beginning in accounting within a professional services firm and continuing into a corporate environment at a publicly traded software company. Seeking to apply his accounting expertise in a more people-focused capacity, Allan transitioned into executive recruiting, where he quickly distinguished himself as a top-performing recruiter at a national staffing firm.
