With nearly a decade of recruiting experience, Lauren has become skilled at connecting individuals with opportunities where they can genuinely thrive. Her work is driven by a passion for creating meaningful matches that honor both career goals and personal values, ensuring a true sense of alignment between candidates and organizations. She’s worked with a wide range of employers, giving her a strong understanding of organizational culture and talent needs.

With an accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, Lauren brings both technical insight and a people-first mindset to her work. She focuses on uncovering the strengths and potential of each individual, ensuring that every placement is more than a transaction; it’s a connection that elevates both the professional and the team they join. Her more recent work centers on public-to-public recruiting, where she partners closely with firms to understand their gaps and help build teams that can thrive long-term.

Beyond her role in recruiting, Lauren is active in TeamWomen, a nonprofit committed to empowering women and girls. As part of the Emerging Leaders Advisory Board, she contributes to membership and professional development initiatives and participates in the organization’s mentor/mentee program, helping others grow as she continues growing herself.
