Keely came to Premier Financial Search in September of 2022, bringing nearly two decades of accounting and finance industry recruiting experience at a Top 10 accounting firm. Drawing on her wealth of industry knowledge, her approach is both elevated and personal. Ms. Zurfluh is committed to nurturing trust in her client and candidate relationships.

Keely utilizes her own refined set of core values to navigate every professional interaction, with accountability and transparency serving as the foundation. By overcommunicating, holding fast to her word, and sharing insight with clients/candidates immediately, she sets a candid tone allowing her to deliver on the shared visions she co-creates with those she represents.

Keely was motivated to enter recruiting so she could assist other professionals in achieving their personal and professional objectives. Her ultimate goal is to be an advisor to clients, and offer an exceptional recruiting experience that differentiates itself from others within the industry.  Her personal motto is, “Be honest. Be accountable. Listen closely to what candidates are targeting and be proactive!”

Keely lives in Wisconsin with her husband and two daughters and one son. She enjoys helping coach their sports teams, traveling, and sunsets on the ocean with her family.
