Tax Staff

Our client is a multi-office CPA firm who is looking to match great talent with varied career opportunities. The work is complex and engaging, which contends with their excellent benefits package and investment in associate development. You will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of tax returns while being encouraged and recognized for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Individual, S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnership, Estate, Trust, and Non-Profit tax returns
• Payroll and sales tax return preparation and review
• Prepare year-end adjusting entries and working trial balance
• Assist in analyzing budgets and cash flows
• Regular communication with clients regarding updates, questions, concerns, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Master’s Degree in Taxation a plus
• CPA candidate working towards license, CPA a plus
• 1+ years of public accounting
• Experience with software for tax preparation and tax research
