Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the real estate tax practice, specifically in syndicated investment partnerships.
• Provide high-level tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients in the real estate sector.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm’s presence in this niche.
• Collaborate with other partners and firm leadership to drive growth and innovation.
• Mentor and develop a team of tax professionals in this specialization.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in real estate taxation, with a focus on syndicated investment partnerships.
• Currently in a leadership or senior tax position at a national or regional firm.
• Strong technical expertise in partnership taxation, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to lead and expand a practice area.

Salary: $180,000 – $300,000
