Tax Manager

Our client is a prominent CPA firm located in Irvine.  They are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Tax Manager to join their team of professionals. This person will have the opportunity to perform tax planning and compliance for a diverse client base. This position offers a challenging yet enriching career in public accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and review tax planning engagements
• Review complex returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships and corporations
• Perform tax research for all types of federal matters
• Work efficiently under time budget constraints and comfortably handle multiple tasks
• Build positive client relationships with excellent client service
• Act as a mentor, delegate and supervisor to staff level accountants

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive public accounting experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
• Excellent communication, organization and client service skills
• Active CPA license required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, Master’s degree preferred
