Erika Drucker is a self-described “born connector.” Whether in a personal or professional setting, Erika’s innate ability to connect authentically and communicate effectively has been a proven differentiator over the course of her varied career. Utilizing her naturally inquisitive personality and warm disposition, Ms. Drucker creates a space of candor, allowing clients and candidates the opportunity to get honest about their goals and aspirations and any obstacles to them.

Erika brings with her to PFS an extensive and successful history in real estate and property management, a profession which allowed her to employ her intrinsic capabilities to provide exceptional, white-glove customer experiences to her clientele for more than a decade. During her time in property management, Erika quickly rose through the ranks to become Business Manager, leveraging her ability to work with diverse personalities and to fulfill demanding roles in fast-paced environments. During her time at Legacy Partners Residential, Erika received the Assistant Business Manager of the Year Award (2011) and Business Manager of the Year (2017).

Erika is a mother to two beautiful humans and one dog named Violet. When not connecting with people in a professional capacity, she loves to cook, exercise, and spend time with family and friends.
